Are you stressed before the first time? Everyone is!:) but the biggest challenge.. is to fit the wetsuit;) All dives are conducted in a controlled environment, from the beach - so all the time you have control where you are. Don't think any longer and give yourself a chance - try it!
If you want to do it - you are never too old, too scared, or too ... anything else. You deserve to try it. If not now - then when?;)
